Franco succeeds Rehhagel at Espérance
Esper Tunisian club Espérance de Tunis has signed Spanish coach Pablo Franco to lead the first football team, replacing Romanian coach Lorenzo Regi Kamp, who departed after four matches—three victories and one loss. Franco, who previously led Fassi to win the Moroccan league title for the first time in 41 years, will begin his duties this evening during the training session. This move is part of Espérance's efforts to maintain their position at the top of the league, with nine points from four matches. Franco has coached several clubs, including Simba SC in Tanzania and Getafe in Spain, and possesses an extensive record of successes in coaching.
