SOS Villages to Announce New Donation Program
The Tunisian Association for Children's Villages "SWS" announced that it will soon launch a new fundraising program through major retail outlets, following official approval from the government. The program allows citizens to make voluntary monetary donations and add them to their purchase invoices at checkout, without any additional fees. Its goal is to support the care of children and families in need. Additionally, the association plans to diversify its fundraising methods by using bank accounts and electronic payments. It is also opening a new office in Ennahar Elassayed to facilitate communication with families. The association is working on development projects, including school transportation for 1,000 students in remote areas and excavating a water well in El Mahruka, Sfax, to provide clean drinking water.
