The resource mobilization policy for the year 2027 aims to enhance financial independence by expanding the tax base, improving compliance, and simplifying procedures through digitalization and artificial intelligence. It also focuses on combating tax evasion and modernizing tax administration. Additionally, it emphasizes diversifying sources of funding by improving the profitability of public enterprises and investing national resources, especially phosphate, with the goal of reducing dependence on external loans and maintaining overall financial balance.
